Overview

Raven is a private, personal AI assistant operated by Martin Rudolph ("I", "me") for personal use only. This service is not available to the general public. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when the service is used via SMS.

Who This Service Is For

Raven is a single-user, private AI assistant. Only the account owner uses this service. No third parties are enrolled, solicited, or marketed to.

Information Collected

When you send an SMS to the Raven number, the following information is processed:

Your mobile phone number
The content of your SMS message
Message timestamps

This information is used solely to generate an AI response and return it to you via SMS.

How Information Is Used

Message content is sent to Abacus.AI to generate responses using Claude (Anthropic). No message content is stored permanently, sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than generating your AI assistant reply.

Telnyx – SMS delivery and phone number management (telnyx.com/privacy)
Abacus.AI / Anthropic Claude – AI response generation (anthropic.com/privacy)
Cloudflare – Serverless message routing (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)

Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP.

Data Retention

Message content is not persistently stored by this service beyond the time needed to generate a response. Telnyx and Cloudflare may retain logs per their own policies.
