These Terms of Service govern use of the Raven AI assistant SMS service operated by Martin Rudolph ("I", "me"). Raven is a private, personal-use service and is not available to the general public.

Use of Service

Raven is intended solely for personal use by the account owner. By texting the Raven number, you agree to these terms. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

SMS Messaging

Messages are sent from a 10-digit long code (10DLC) number registered for personal use.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time.
To opt back in, reply START.
For help, reply HELP.
Message frequency varies based on use.
Standard message and data rates may apply.

AI-Generated Responses

Responses are generated by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic) and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. This service is not a substitute for professional advice. Always verify important information independently.

Availability

This service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantees of uptime or response time. I may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of Raven.
